Embarking on a journey as a property agent has been a deeply personal and transformative experience for Mirta. As a mother of three wonderful children, aged 2, 8, and 9, her family's needs and aspirations have always been at the heart of every decision she has made. Like many first-time homeowners, Mirta and her family faced the uncertainties and challenges that come with purchasing their first property. Their story took a significant turn shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic when they decided to upgrade to a resale condominium. This move was not just about acquiring a more spacious home for their growing family but also about making a strategic investment when the property market was slowing down.
The decision paid off, and they now sit on a profit of about 400K—a testament to the potential of thoughtful real estate investments.
In addition to her role as a property agent, Mirta is also a lecturer in Marketing at a local polytechnic. This dual role enhances her ability to market properties effectively.
